Death Notice Deadlines – The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Daily News

To ensure timely publication, please adhere to the following deadlines for submitting death notices:

• Monday through Friday Publications: Deadline is 3:00 P.M. on the previous day.
• First Sunday Edition: Deadline is 2:30 P.M. Saturday.
• Monday Publication: Deadline is 3:00 P.M. Sunday.

All death notices must be verified prior to publication. Verification is typically completed through the funeral home or director placing the notice.
